Czech Republic’s post advises that the country has been hit with a second wave of the coronavirus and a state of emergency is extended until Nov. 20. The post will continue to provide postal services to the extent possible, however, quality of service for all types of inbound and outbound mail cannot be guaranteed.
Australia - 07-Oct
Australia Post advises it is experiencing processing delays in Perth due to an influx of volume that was rerouted there from Melbourne while it was under lockdown status due to COVID-19. The post is taking aggressive steps to address the issue, however, customers may experience temporary delays on mail items destined to these areas until the volume is cleared.

Mexico’s post advises that due to government measures to combat the coronavirus, the Mexican customs authority will be operating with a reduced workforce until January 2021. As a result, delays are to be expected in the delivery of shipments.
Greece - 11-Nov
Greece’s post advises that the government will implement a countrywide lockdown in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This will impact collection and delivery of domestic and international mail.
Brazil - 26-Aug
The Brazilian Postal Service, Correios, is going on strike. Items are still being delivered, but the combination of COVID measures and this work slowdown has resulted in an additional business day or 2 for delivery after clearance.
All Services Temporarily Suspended Due to Covid-19 Outbreak - 11-Nov
Angola, Brunei, Cameroon, Chad, Cuba, Curacao, Republic of the Congo, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Laos, Liberia, Libya, Madagascar, Martinique, Mauritius, Mongolia, Myanmar, Niger, Panama, Reunion (Bourbon), Saint Pierre and Miquelon (Miquelon), Seychelles, Sierra Leone, St Marten, South Sudan, Tajikistan, Timor-Leste, Turkmenistan, Western Samoa, Yemen
Due to a carrier embargo, mail delivery to Haiti has been temporarily suspended. New volumes are currently buffered at Amsterdam Airport and will be shipped when a new route is found.
The suppliers have temporary stopped accepting mail to South Sudan. Mail will be held until this matter is resolved, hence delays are to be expected
25-Apr 2019: The U.S. Postal Service has restored mail service to Guatemala. This ends a temporary suspension of most mail services to the country that had been in effect.
5-Mar 2019: Guatemalan Post has advised they are resuming acceptance and processing of inbound letters and packages.
20-Feb 2018: Correos y Telégrafos is in its final phase to hire additional staff to help clear an ongoing backlog. As a result, international letter-post, parcel-post and EMS services (inbound/outbound) will continue to be disrupted for at least another 4 months. Correos y Telégrafos has asked the designated operators of other countries to hold back any mail destined for Guatemala until further notice.
11-Apr 2017: The USPS has temporarily suspended mail services to Guatemala until further notice. This will impact the following USPS services; PMEI, PMI, FCMI, FCPIS, IPA, and ISAL. For already deposited items, USPS will endorse them “Mail Service Suspended – Return to Sender” and then place them in the mail stream for return.

The Ukrainian post office, Ukrposhta, has suspended all mail services to Crimea (postcodes 95000-98999), Sevastopol (postcodes 99000-99999), Donetsk and Luhansk Oblast regions until further notice.
Due to the unstable general safety in Somalia, there are no mail services available.
